Trendscope – Market research and marketing consulting
Trendscope is an internationally active company for market research and marketing consulting based in Cologne. For over five years, we serve many customers with an industry focus on tourism, sports, leisure and mobility.
From research design to data collection, analysis and implementation consulting, we are the competent partner for our customers. We use established quantitative and qualitative research methods and link scientifically-based research with research-based consulting. In addition to customised ad-hoc projects, we regularly conduct own market studies.
Our research includes the analysis of market segments, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, brand image, market potential, distribution channels and pricing. We test the quality of service, brand names and product concepts, advertising concepts, social media activities, sponsorship activities, testimonials, and the usability of websites.
Regarding research and teaching Trendscope regularly works with numerous universities and institutes, e.g. the German Sport University Cologne, the University of Nürtingen-Geislingen, the University of Cologne and Hamburg University of EBC.
